What is MI? How about some plain English in the charges? Is that malicious intent?

Minor Injury. They both were charged with it under Breach of Peace. But since Charles also wasRead More charged with 3rd degree assault, I will assume that Paul lost the fight.

They give someone an award for a vehicle doing some minor damage to the ecology center at the middle school in the middle of the night, please. Their own captain got 10 years and no mention of it. yea sure. great job, pat yourselves on the back. How come no officer gets an award for that?

Ask the people on Heather Lane about the Break-ins and why the biggest Drug Dealer in Town wasRead More protected by his Godfather on the Police force?

Wasn't me. I was at the Dog Park at that time driving a tan colored Ford Focus. Then I went outRead More later in the Day on one of my Motorcycles to the Shamrock to see Shovelhead and then I went to the brass horse in New Hartford. I don't even own a green car. Prayers out to the cyclists and their speedy recovery. I hope this catch that idiot because these innocent people need to have someone answer for their injuries.

I was there the day of the accident and was one of the first responders to the injured cyclists. MyRead More heart goes out the them. We all tried to help comfort and stabilize them before EMT's arrived and the police. Officer Ralph Dilisio is determined to find the people responsible. What a coward this person is to hit them and never slow down or stop. How would they feel if it was their loved ones that were hit? It will catch up to them one day. I believe in Karma!
