[Updated 12:05 p.m.] Kelly Lane Closed, Other Granby, East Granby Schools Delayed
Slick conditions have made the morning commute a challenge.
[Updated 12:05 p.m.] Superintendent of Schools Alan Addley said that he is hopeful that Kelly Lane will be open tomorrow. CL&P employees are working on tree limbs that are resting on power lines at the moment.
Addley said that there was also a tense moment this morning when Granby Memorial Middle School and Granby Memorial High School also lost power.
"Fortunately, we just lost it for a few minutes and we're back on line," Addley said.

[Original story] The slick conditions have made the morning commute in The Granbys a bit difficult this morning.
School in Granby is closed today due to a lack of power, while the rest of the schools in Granby have a 90-minute delay. East Granby Schools have a 90-minute delay, as well.
