This week, we’re featuring the vacant spot between Dr. Energy Saver and the brand-new Artistic Sacrifice tattoo parlor in the East Granby Center Shops on Route 20. The spot, formerly occupied by XL Color, a printing company, is one of the few empty spots at the shops.
