Emergency Storm Information For East Granby

A message about Hurricane Sandy's arrival and the town's plans along with useful contact information.

This message is from Jim Hayden – First Selectman, Town of East Granby.

The Town has activated its Emergency Preparedness Plan and is taking appropriate precautions as we prepare for Storm Sandy.  As needed on Monday/Tuesday, we are prepared to provide food, shelter, water, warming & charging stations at our Emergency Shelter, the Senior/Community Center. We will keep residents informed via the web and on WTIC Radio and Channel 3 Television.  Stay safe! Assume downed electric lines are live!
