Bonniejoy Thomas 54, of 88 West Granby Road, Granby, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, assault on a public safety officer, interfering with an officer and breach of peace. She was held on $10,000 and scheduled to appear Sept. 25 in Enfield Superior Court, according to the state judicial website.
