Daniel James Carter, 21, of 11 Meadow Brook Road, Granby, was issued an infraction for possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.
David Messenger, 49, of 551 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was arrested and charged with breach of peace.
Kenneth Stanhope, 53, of 551 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was arrested and charged with breach of peace.
