Jon Dumont, 31, of Uxbridge, MA, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with illegally obtaining drugs, second-degree forgery, as well as possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a written promise to appear and scheduled to appear Dec. 11.
