Would be cool to have the whole police report. Like what is "Criminal mischief?" I get mischievous but when does that cross over into Criminal Mischief? Is that like some prank gone totally wrong? Like putting pigmy goats on the roof of Simsbury High School? And what is failure to appear in the 2nd degree? There are degrees in not showing up to court? What would they be ?

you don't need the police report since it is not the police who make the laws, they just enforce them. You can go on the state legislature's site, and actually read the statutes they (the legislature) are voted in by us to create. Here is a link to the CT criminal or penal code, these are the statutes the police enforce. http://www.cga.ct.gov/current/pub/chap952.htm
