Melissa Cunningham, 22, of 64 Barry Lane, Simsbury, was charged with speeding, possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas S. Mach, 41, of 16 Seminary Road, Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, improper use of high beams and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
