Patrick Blaire Hermans, 26, of 321 East 11th Avenue, Denver, CO, was charged with speeding.

Nov. 22

Brian Whitlow, 31, of 12 Lost Acres Road, Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is suspended or refused and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway.

Philip Gregory Olson, 22, of 451 Harwinton Ave., Torrington, was charged with speeding.

Alexander C. Cyr, 21, of 368 Granville Road, Granby, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway.

Rhonda F. Outlaw, 32, of 19 Simpson St., Hartford, was charged with speeding.

Taylor Mark, 21, of 131 West Grayling Lane, Suffield, was charged with speeding

Gregeory Thomas Heinbokel, 21, of 74 Alhambra Circle South, Agawam, MA, was charged with possession of a controlled substance: non-narcotic/ hallucinogenic/ under 4 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas J. Patrina, 27, of 42 Spielman Highway Road, Burlington, was charged with speeding, possession of a controlled substance: non-narcotic/ hallucinogenic/ under 4 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to notify a change of address.

Barbara Rogers, 58, of 55 Holcomb Hill Road, New Hartford, was charged with speeding.

Jill M. Pasha, 22, of 8 Weymouth Road, Enfield, was charged with speeding.

William E. Mahoney, 51, of 565 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, speeding and failure to drive the in the proper lane.

Maurice Anthony Paige, Jr., 20, of 395 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Edgar Vazquez, 27, of 7 Tanglewood Drive, Windsor, was charged with creating a public disturbance

William James Clark, 31, of 664 Meadow Gate Drive, Granby was charged with creating a public disturbance.
