Following a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue (Route 189) at approximately 2:30 a.m., police filed the following charges:
Kara Lynn Danila, 18, of 158 South Main St., East Granby was charged with public possession of liquor by a minor on a public highway.
Michael L. Bidon, 19, of 799 Kennedy Road, Windsor was charged (by summons) with possession of less than one-half ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 17-year-old juvenile with operation of a motor vehicle by a 16 or 17-year old between midnight and 5 a.m., failure to have tail lamps lit and public possession of liquor by a minor.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance: Non-narcotic/halluc/less than 4 oz and possession of drug paraphernalia
