Granby Police Log for March 11 - 18

Zachary David Tolly, 18, of 247 Hartford Ave., East Granby, was issued a summons on March 17 with possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Allen, 30, of Torrington, was issued a summons on March 17 with failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple lane highway and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Vaughn Parent, 48, of Riverton, was charged on March 17 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple-lane highway, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey D. Dugs, 38, of 57 Quarry Road, was charged on March 17 with interfering with an officer, evading: serious physical injury or property damage, operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused/suspended and failure to drive in the proper lane.

David I. Peterson, 71, of 75 Haven Drive, was charged on March 12 with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and threatening in the second degree.

Steven H. Warner, 24, of New Hartford, was issued a summons on March 11 for insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, improper use of marker, registration or license and failure to wear safety belt in front seat.
