Granby Police Log for June 28 – July 5

June 29

Eric J. Lazarin, 42, of 6 Evergreen Street, Southwick, MA, was charged with traveling too fast for road conditions, possession of less than one half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 2

Minu Yi, 31, of 185 Turkey Hills Road, Apartment no. 114, East Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, refusal of alcohol tests, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right.

Randy W. Seidman, 40, of 114 South Road, East Hartland, was charged with speeding.

 July 4

Brian C. Spurlock, 20, of 2 Apple Tree Lane, was charged with public possession of liquor by a minor (first offense).

Kevin Godbout, 45, of Granby, was charged with disorderly conduct. Later that same day, Godbout was charged with violating the conditions of his release, disorderly conduct, threatening and criminal mischief in the third degree.

Emily L. Godbout, 70, of Granby, was charged with disorderly conduct.
