July 9

Daniel James Carter, 20, of 28 Meadow Brook Road, Granby, was charged with creating a public disturbance without fighting, threatening or obstructing.

July 10

Mark L. Garlasco, 55, of 23 Granby Farms Road, Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and improper hand signaling for turns or stopping.

July 11

Christopher Marrero, 61, of 56 South Prospect Street, Hartford, was charged with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.

July 12

Diana Marie Flynn, 45, of 49 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, MA, was charged with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 13

Michael B. Loomis, 37, of 228 New Litchfield St., Torrington, was charged with speeding.
