John M. Hutchinson, 44, of 14 Stone Hedge Way, Granby, was charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree.

Joshua D. Christian, 21, of 1097 River Blvd., Suffield, was charged with speeding.

Paul R. Langlois, 58, of 19 Old Messenger Road, Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple lane highway.

John T. McCaulay, 50, of 200 Simsbury Road, Granby, was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

July 30

Elizabeth M. Taylor, 57, of 180 Walnut Hill Road, East Hartland, was charged with speeding.

Mary Marino, 49, of 113 Preston St., Hartford, was charged with speeding.

Nicholas Hunter, 19, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Zachary P. Mesite, 21, of 9 Danielle Road, Granby, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

July 31

Michael J. Fitzgerald, 58, or 55 Elm St., Tariffville, was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, failing to have insurance meeting minimum requirements, defective windshield wipers and operating a vehicle with a valid out of state license more than 30 days old.

Aug. 1

Jason A. Blunt, 23, of 62 Birch Street, Unionville, was charged with failure to pay or plead.
