Carl R. Novak, 34, of 146 Lost Acres Road, Granby, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused or suspended, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, violation or exhaust and emissions standards and speeding.

Maria D. Pacheco, 29, of 43 Alden St., Hartford, was charged operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused or suspended and failing to have insurance coverage meeting the minimum requirements.

Matthew Steven Erazo, 29, of 7 Douglas St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation and/or conditional discharge.
