Maurice Anthony Paige, 20, of 359 Salmon Brook St., April #1 STFL, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault with minor injury or intent to cause injury, second-degree unlawful restrain, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:49 p.m.
