Granby Police Log for April 30 - May 6

Among the charges: two counts of failure to register as a sex offender, breach of peace and third degree assault.

Patrick Jeffries, 58, of 9 W. Granby Road, was charged on May 6 with breach of peace and 3rd degree assault.

Sterling Lemaire, 19, of Windsor, was charged on May 5 with failure to respond to an infraction.

Michael A. McNeil, 31, of Suffield, was charged on April 30 with two counts of failure to register as a non-violent sex offender. According to a police source, McNeil failed to send in a change of address form and a picture ID pursuant to the terms of his probation. He was released on a $10,000 non-surety bond; he is scheduled appear in Superior Court in Enfield on May 8.

Nicholas Yount, 21, of 15 East Granby Road, 2nd Floor, was charged on April 30 with breach of peace, interfering with an officer (non-assault) and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana. He was released on a promise to appear and will appear in Superior Court in Enfield on June 1.

Amanda Waller, 20, of 15C East Granby Road, was charged on April 30 with breach of peace. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Enfield on June 1.
