These Kids want to Finish the
Fight! This year 16 Kids from Granby raised money along with two Survivors Pam Lacko and Faith Wheeler, for the 4th year in a row. Team Captains Matthew Hawthorne and Katrina Wheeler have lead this Team since they were in 7th Grade at Granby Middle School.
These kids have month meetings starting in November to plan fundraisers,
organize schedules and coordinate efforts to raise as much money as possible for the American Cancer Society.
This year Pam Lacko vowed to give each member of the team her book, "Laughing in the Face of Cancer" with their first $100 earned. It was a goal well achieved. The Team wants to thank all of their Friends, Family and Community that donated at our Fund Raisers at Geissler's, Stop and Shop, Yankee Candle Fund Raiser and On-Line, We are one step closer to Finishing the Fight!
