Help a Local Eagle Scout With His Service Project

Danny is making backpacks filled with essential needs to be distributed to homeless people and is raising money via the GoFundMe Web site.

According to the page on GoFundMe, these backpacks will be used as part of South Park Inn's weekly Street Outreach efforts to seek out homeless people sleeping under bridges, overpasses, in the woods, and other out of the way places.

The page states, "If you live nearby and would like to contribute items rather than cash, that would be wonderful! Please let us know. If you would like to participate in putting together the packs, let us know and you will be notified when all the materials are gathered and a date set."
