Granby Grange #5 Summer Solstice Flea Market and Tag Sale

Granby Grange #5 is pleased to announce our first annual "Summer Solstice Flea Market" to be held outside the Grange Hall at 212 North Granby Road (CT Rt. 189 North) on Saturday 22 JUNE 2013 which is actually the day after the Solstice.  Vendor spaces are available at $20.00 for a single (18' x 20') or $35.00 for a double (35' x 20') and you bring your own tables (and chairs if you need to sit down).  Flea Markert operating hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM but vendors can come to set-up their space and wares starting at 7:00 AM.

Reserve your space with Grange Master RoseAnna Smith at 860-651-5485 (RoseAnnaLois00@aol.com) or Secretary Bob Brockett at 860-653-6740.

Limited Refreshments will be available for sale during the course of the day, and
there will be a magic show, clowns and other activities for children inside the Grange Hall.

Parking is available across the street in the CT Commuter Parking Lot

We have plowed a portion of our field for a community, church and grange cooperative "GIVING GARDEN" but to date no one has raked out and planted a plot of it.  If you wish to participate, bring rake, hoe, shovel jerry cans of water and seeds to plant.  Maybe a wheelbarrow to cart away weeds and rocks would benefit this effort, too.

And that's the 4th Saturday, so a setback card party is also planned for 7:00 PM that evening.
