Show Support From Granby And East Granby By Donating To Today's Local Hurricane Sandy Relief Drive

Visit the East Granby Volunteer Ambulance Association and Geissler's today, Sunday, Nov. 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to make donations to people and families damaged by and recovering from Hurricane Sandy.

Hurricane Sandy Relief Donation Drive: The East Granby and Granby Ambulance and Fire Departments, along with Fillmore Express Trucking, need your help!

Please drop off the needed items, listed below, at the East Granby Ambulance Building on Memorial Drive in East Granby And the Geissler's parking lot, on Bank Street in Granby, Saturday, Nov. 24 and Sunday, Nov. 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Clean lightly used winter coats, sweatshirts, mittens, hats
  • Baby items: wipes, diapers, rash cream, new blankets, bottles, formula, food, clothes
  • Batteries, unwrapped new toys
  • Non-perishable food items, canned food,
  • Soups, pasta peanut butter and jelly
  • Cereals and Granola Bars
  • Personal items, shampoos, soaps, toothbrushes, toothpaste  
  • Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, brooms, rakes
