There's a lot going on when it comes to Super Bowl weekend.
There's the actual football game.
There's the Puppy Bowl.
There's the halftime show and the singing of the National Anthem.
And in Philadelphia, on the Friday before the game, there is the Wing Bowl. This is a chicken-wing-eating competition that has grown in hype and stature over the years. Friday's was Wing Bowl 21.
Jamie McDonald, wearing a Tom Brady Patriots shirt, was roundly and loudly booed by the packed house as he upset local favorite and three-time winner Jon Squibb over three rounds of wing-eating, the CBS affiliate reported. He won by eating 287 wings to Squibb's 282.
