January Events @ The East Granby Public Library!

Start the new year at East Granby Public Library, located at 24 Center Street. Our hours are Monday – Thursday 10am – 8pm, Fridays 10am – 5pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm. We offer a wonderful selection of books, movies, kindles, ipads, music, even puzzles! Come enjoy coffee every day @ $1.00 a cup. Check us out online at www.egpl.org or on Facebook.

Artwork accepted January 16 – 18th. Opening Reception & Awards held Saturday, January 25, 7-9pm. Live music from Judy Handler & Mark Levesque. A fun time for all ages!

Storytimes offered for all ages – call or stop by to sign up! Mondays (starts Jan 9) 10:30am for infants/toddlers $9, Wednesdays (starts Jan 8) 10:30am $18, Thursdays (starts Jan 9) 1:00pm $18.

 

3RD ANNUAL TAKE A CHILD TO THE LIBRARY DAY – SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST

Among the festivities will be a visit from Mary Poppins, as well as a comic character featuring Free Lunch Comics. Children are encouraged to dress as their favorite story book character!
