Community Update

If I could give less than one star I would. I agree 100% with the previous review. That place is horrendous! I've been doing nails for 15 years and never had such a horrible experience. They completely destroyed my nails!! I had shellac done and came to remove it and have a regular manicure. They put my hands in a bowl of acetone when you are supposed you wrap each one separately in a foil. Then after sitting with my hand in acetone for 10 minutes I questioned them why they didn't wrap them individually so the lady started to do that. After she was finished wrapping she told me to put them under the light.....NO IDEA WHY!!! I had this done many times before and every time after you remove the foil from each nail the nail polish comes off easy. Those people at the salon .....I have no idea what they were using but after they took the foil off and saw that the nail polish didn't come off they started scraping my nails to the point where they are paper thin and see through....they scrapped off all layers of my nails!!!! On top of that, they didn't just use the nail file to scrape nails but also the filling machine that they use for fake acrylic/gel nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Another bizarre thing that they did was after they put a hand lotion on and rubbed it...they told me to go and wash my hands. Also, their nail polish is OLD so they add acetone or something to it to make it more liquid. The color that I used before was completely different...it's like they mixed it with something. I am shocked that they are still open for business!
