End of Tax Season Means Crunch Time for Taxpayers

As tax deadline approaches, H&R Block offers extended hours at Latham Farms office

Albany, NY – Whether they’re third-shift workers, “night owls” or self-proclaimed procrastinators, many taxpayers need tax help beyond regular business hours as the April 15 deadline approaches. H&R Block understands this and is keeping its Latham, Troy, Albany, Delmar, Mechanicville, and East Greenbush tax offices open late the last few days of the tax season, to ensure taxpayers receive the tax advice they need.

WHAT: Participating H&R Block tax offices will have extended hours to provide accurate, professional tax advice. Do-it-yourself filers have 24/7 access to H&R Block DIY solutions on their computers, smartphones and iPads.

WHEN:    562 Hoosick St, Troy, April 13-15 from 9am – 12 Midnight

             579 Troy Schenectady Rd, Latham, April 13-15 from 9am – 12 Midnight

                  78 North Pearl St, Albany, April 13-15 from 9am – 12 Midnight

                  33 N.Central Ave, Mechanicville, April 13-15 from 9am – 12 Midnight

             596 Columbia Tpke, East Greenbush, April 14-15 from 9am – 12 Midnight

                  180 Delaware Ave, Delmar, April 14-15 from 9am – 12 Midnight

Also, all other H&R Block offices in the Capital District will have extended hours April 15 and the offices won’t close until the last client has filed a return or an extension to file.
