On Saturday, June 16, at 10:00am, Granby Public Library's Children Department welcomes Samantha Sojka, Miss CT Teen 2010, back to the Library as the kick-off for its 2012 Summer Reading Program!
This year's theme, Dream Big: Read!, seems a perfect fit for Ms. Sojka, whose big dream is to win the 2012 Miss CT Teen title and then go on to the Miss America contest. During the competition, her personal project is "Live Above the Influence, NOT Under the Influence," which promotes the mental and physical well-being of teens and children.
