Is DRS really conducting these seminars or is it a consulting firm?

Is this necessary, the state is in deep financial trouble, in spite of what the Governor is saying. The deficit is pushed out to next year then what? Raise taxes again. And this seminar is a joke it will not answer any questions of fiscal nature it is a propaganda seminar to show what the state is doing to educate the taxpayers. My question is why spend the money on consultants if you can't do it yourself (DRS) you should not be a DRS state worker if you can't answer the most simple of state Tax questions yourself.
